We believe the counselling and coaching process should be designed to reach specific goals that are mutually agreed upon. Our team offers counselling services to individuals, couples, and families to help them deal with stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, anger, chronic pain, MVA (motor vehicle accident), relationship conflict, marriage, separation, divorce, workplace conflict, grief, spiritual crisis, and more.
